How do I move my Godaddy domain to another Godaddy user account?

The process involves signing into your GoDaddy Domain Portfolio, selecting the domains you wish to transfer, and choosing ‘Transfer to Account’ from the action menu. You will then need to enter the new account owner’s email address and, optionally, their customer number. Instructions about what to do if your domain has Domain Protection, including verifying your identity.

The article also mentions that domains transferred to another GoDaddy account cannot be transferred to another registrar for ten days. It advises setting up 2-step verification for better security on your domains and account and suggests protecting your domain from accidental expiration and unauthorized actions by adding or upgrading Domain Protection.

Moving a Domain Name out of Your Account
