Yes, it’s true! I’ve been looking for one of these for a long time and it is truly free to use. You just have to put up with the nagging ads. But if you edit a lot of PDFs, it might be worth it to pay between $2.99-$5.99 a month (paid yearly) to get rid of the ads and get more features.
